Returns Policy

Our return policy allows 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery to request a refund or exchange. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. We ask that you do not return your product to the manufacturer.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return the item must be:

  • In its original, unopened, and unused condition

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns/refunds of the following:

  • Package (including cellophane) is opened or damaged in any way

  • Product is used in any way

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase/delivery

  • You don’t like the scent

  • You bought the wrong product after use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds will be issued if the item is:

  • Damaged/defective or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at info@perfumefactory.ca.

If your return is unfortunately rejected we will be in contact promptly.

Sale Items

Sale items are refunded at the price paid at time of purchase.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@perfumefactory.ca.

Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, we will issue a gift credit.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued and notified to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receival of return if shipped without tracking.
