Fidji Perfume by Guy Laroche, Fidji, introduced in 1966, was the first women’s perfume launched by fashion designer Guy Laroche . It was created by perfumer Josephine Catapano and named after the Fiji Islands in the south Pacific. Top notes include hyacinth, galbanum, and lemon, giving a fresh initial scent. Carnation, jasmine, and Bulgarian rose are some of the notes that make up the heart for a floral sensation. Base notes include sandalwood, balsam, patchouli, musk, and oakmoss.
